Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following:

• Visa, Mastercard and American Express
• PayPal
• Bank transfer, for annual plans only

Currency

All prices are billed in USD. If your card is issued in another currency your bank will convert at their rate and may add a small fee.

Card declined?

The usual causes, in order of how often we see them:

1. The billing address does not match the one your bank has on file.
2. The card has expired.
3. Your bank flagged it as an unusual transaction and needs you to approve it.

If none of those apply, open a ticket and include the date and time of the attempt. Never send us your full card number.
