How do I update my email address or profile details?

Your profile controls the name we greet you by and, more importantly, where notifications land.

1. Sign in and open Profile.
2. Update your name, email address, phone number or time zone.
3. Click Save.

Changing your email address changes the address you sign in with. Notifications for tickets you already have open will follow the new address automatically.

Time zone and language

Setting your time zone means every timestamp on a ticket is shown in your local time rather than ours, which avoids a lot of confusion about when a reply actually arrived.
