How do I reset my password?

If you cannot remember your password you can set a new one yourself.

1. Go to the Sign In page and click Forgot my password.
2. Enter your registered email address.
3. Open the reset link we send you. It is valid for one hour.
4. Choose a new password and sign in.

Choosing a good password

• At least 8 characters, and longer is genuinely better.
• Mix upper and lower case, numbers and a symbol.
• Do not reuse a password from another site.

If the reset link has expired, just request a new one. Old links stop working as soon as a newer one is issued.
