How do I reset my password?

If you cannot remember your password you can set a new one yourself.
- Go to the Sign In page and click Forgot my password.
- Enter your registered email address.
- Open the reset link we send you. It is valid for one hour.
- Choose a new password and sign in.
Choosing a good password
- At least 8 characters, and longer is genuinely better.
- Mix upper and lower case, numbers and a symbol.
- Do not reuse a password from another site.
If the reset link has expired, just request a new one. Old links stop working as soon as a newer one is issued.
